Delete your Vèra data

You can have your Vèra data deleted at any time. This page explains what exists, and how to ask.

What we hold, and where

• On your device only: your clothing photos and cut-outs, your full-body photo (unless you chose to keep it as a stored avatar), diary notes, and reminders. Deleting the app removes them. We never received them.
• On our server: your style quiz answers, your closet's details (category, name, colours, wear counts), saved looks, plans, credits, and, only if you chose it, your stored try-on avatar. They are stored under an anonymous device code, and under your Facebook identity if you signed in with Facebook.
• With others: analytics events (PostHog) grouped under the same device code, and install measurement data held by Meta.

How to ask us to delete it

1. Email Show email with the subject "Delete my Vèra data".
2. Say whether you signed in with Facebook, and include the email on that Facebook account if so. If you didn't, tell us your device type and roughly when you installed, so we can find your record.
3. We reply to confirm, and we delete your server record, your stored avatar and any try-on files, and ask our analytics processor to delete the events tied to your device code. We finish within 30 days.

Deleting data is permanent. Your closet, plans and any unused credits can't be brought back afterwards.

If you signed in with Facebook

Also remove Vèra from your Facebook account: Facebook, Settings, Apps and Websites, select Vèra, Remove. Removing the app in Facebook does not by itself delete what we hold, so please also send us the email above.

When we finish, we confirm by email.
